The Ditting 807 is a retail coffee grinder with 80mm flat, steel burrs that are capable of grinding up to 30 pounds of coffee per day. External upgrades to this grinder include a more modern design, a stepless grind adjustment with easy-to-read indicators, and a new electronic switch. Like the 804 before it, it includes a vibrating shaker plate that helps to settle grounds when grinding directly into bags and a spring-loaded clamp holds bags firmly in place for hands-free grinding.
