We chose the name “Foundation” for our espresso blend because we understand the espresso sits at the heart of every cafe. Your espresso machine and the coffee used in tandem are the very building blocks of your coffee experience. This syrupy-bodied blend checks all of the boxes for what espresso should be, and you’ll find flavor notes of honey, cocoa, with just a bit of merlot zip, making it perfect as a straight shot or in milk-based drinks. Each of our coffees are roasted to order in small batches. We believe in bringing out the true flavor of the coffee that has taken so much time and work to cultivate. We source this coffee directly from farmers who believe in fair trade and sustainable practices.
